5bmv Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "5bmv," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 5bmv.net and all associated services, games, and account features accessible through that domain.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 5bmv platform in any capacity, including browsing without registration.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the 5bmv registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a Player's 5bmv account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits where separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by 5bmv.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before the associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR compliance standards.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, fishing games, and any other gaming or account features made available through the 5bmv platform.

Access to 5bmv and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register Player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of a 5bmv employee or affiliate partner.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has voluntarily requested exclusion from the 5bmv platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

Registration constitutes your representation that all of the above eligibility criteria are met. 5bmv reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility condition at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active 5bmv account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all pending withdrawals and bonus funds, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities where required.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device or number associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials — whether by you or by a third party — is your responsibility and will be treated as authorised activity unless you notify 5bmv support immediately upon discovering unauthorised access.

Account Verification (KYC). 5bmv may at any time request that you complete identity verification in line with PAGCOR compliance requirements. Verification documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 5bmv reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice. Any remaining balance at the time of dormancy classification will not be forfeited, but access to the account will require re-verification of identity.

Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the 5bmv platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Where a player initiates a transaction in an alternative currency (such as USDT), the conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods. 5bmv currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter deposits, USDT (via supported wallets), and Coins.ph. Availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status. Players seeking higher deposit limits may request a limit review through the account settings or by contacting support.

Withdrawal Conditions.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• All active Bonus Funds must have their wagering requirements fulfilled before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• 5bmv reserves the right to perform additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether initial verification has been completed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• 5bmv does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Fees imposed by the player's bank or payment provider are the player's responsibility.

Transaction Monitoring. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored for compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be held pending review and reported to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.

5bmv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing unless otherwise stated. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrations only, one per household and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, baccarat, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Slot and fishing games typically contribute at the full rate. • Expiry: Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or whose wagering requirements remain unmet within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• Abuse: 5bmv reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other conduct designed to circumvent bonus terms is detected.
• Modification: 5bmv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the announcement of any change.

All games available on the 5bmv platform are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Game Integrity. All casino game outcomes on 5bmv are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted by licensed dealers. Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the system.

Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game session, 5bmv will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last valid state. Where restoration is not possible, the wager placed in the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance. 5bmv's decision in matters of technical dispute is final, subject to the player's right to escalate to PAGCOR regulatory authorities.

Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on 5bmv — including PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, UFC, and sabong — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 5bmv and may be suspended at any time. Voided markets will have stakes returned to the player's account balance.

Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on 5bmv. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted without notice as part of ongoing operational management.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bmv platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the 5bmv platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 5bmv staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with 5bmv support.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your true location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5bmv support staff or other players through any communication channel.

5bmv is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gaming on the 5bmv platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It is not a means of generating income, solving financial difficulties, or recovering previous losses.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools. Every 5bmv account includes direct access to the following tools from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your account within any given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawals but not for placing wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 5bmv platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications from 5bmv will cease.

All content on the 5bmv platform — including but not limited to the 5bmv name and logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5bmv or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5bmv platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 5bmv content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 5bmv software.
• Use 5bmv trademarks, logos, or branding in any context without express written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the 5bmv platform.

Any unauthorised use of 5bmv intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, which 5bmv reserves the right to enforce.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bmv's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5bmv shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how such loss arises:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications disruptions, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from the player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

5bmv collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on 5bmv, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data 5bmv collects include registration details, KYC verification documents, transaction records, gaming activity logs, device and IP address information, and communication records with our support team. This data is used to operate your account, meet regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the 5bmv platform.

5bmv does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed game providers only to the extent necessary to provide the Services or comply with applicable law.

5bmv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 5bmv platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining balance from your account before the amendment's effective date.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at 5bmv.net/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activities.

Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 5bmv platform, we encourage you to first contact the 5bmv support team directly via live chat or email. Our support team will attempt to resolve your concern within five (5) business days of receiving your complaint.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through the support process, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channel as the supervisory body for gaming operations in the Philippines. 5bmv will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.

For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
